How did we get here?
Our story begins over 25 years ago, when our founder Sami Hajjar took the risk of owning a small income property in Montreal. Unknowingly, Sami laid the foundation for the many acquisitions that would eventually lead to the large-scale company that Plan A has become today.
Today, Plan A is an owner and manager of rental properties. Our expertise lies in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Our vision is to meet the demand and offer quality accommodation, premises and services at the best possible price.
