With a Master’s degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University in Massachusetts, Sam worked briefly as an engineer for his family’s construction company in Abu Dhabi. After this brief experience abroad, he returned to North America to eventually start his own company.

In the 1990s, having just moved to Quebec, he became a financial advisor and successfully invested in the stock market himself. He diversified his assets by owning a successful supermarket and other small businesses.

As his projects and investments progressed, his passion became increasingly clear: real estate. In 2000, he bought a small income property on Saint-Antoine street, which he then sold at a profit. Without knowing it, this was the beginning of a great adventure. Several acquisitions followed to create the large-scale company that Plan A has become today.

Sam has a big vision for the future of Plan A. Proud of his company, he is now well on his way to leading it through the most impressive growth period in its history.
